The Journal of the NBGS, Inc.
Generations is published on a quarterly basis in Fredericton, NB by the New Brunswick Genealogical Society/Société Généalogique du Nouveau-Brunswick and is distributed to all of its members in Canada, United States and overseas. Generations is made up almost entirely of articles contributed by members and the society encourages submissions that deal with genealogy and family history.
Back issues of the journal are posted here for your reference and research. We would remind you these articles are the property of NBGS, Inc. and are covered by copyright. They should not be reproduced in whole or in part without permission. You may use the information contained in the journals to document your personal research as long as credit is given to NBGS and the author of the article. We welcome all contributions for future issues. As a guide, contributors are asked to have the article to be submitted for publication in a typed format. Text may be submitted by CD or in an e-mail attachment in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format. Submissions may also be typewritten on white paper using a good quality black ribbon and mailed to:

Contributors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish material owned by others.
The editor of Generations reserves the right to edit all contributions for form, grammar and to shorten articles to fit available space. Excepted are articles reprinted with permission from other publications. Articles that are edited will be returned to the contributor for approval.
Generations is sent to the printer on Feb. 15th, May 15th, Aug. 15th and Nov. 15th .
